Thruster aircraft are made from 6061 T6 aircraft grade duralumin alloy and all fittings are from 304 Stainless Steel. Hardware like, nuts and bolts are aircraft AN grade and every nut and bolt on the aircraft is "locked" so that it cannot undo in flight. The wings and tail feathers are covered in a non rip dacron "sail cloth" which is very strong, but very light in weight.

The Thruster is designed to withstand +6G and -4G flight loads. (Just like a GA aeroplane).
