Moora Satellite Training Facility

Topfun Aviation is pleased to announce that due to increasing demand for training and aircraft hire during the week, we have purchased another Jabiru J170 to be permanently based and operational from our first Satellite Flight Training Facility (SFTS) at Moora Airfield.

Moora Airfield (YMRO) is an 1835m long gravel RFDS compliant strip and is located just outside the RAAF restricted airspace zone of R155 and therefore not subject to Restricted Airspace limitations.

The SFTS is being manned primarily by Senior Instructor Simon Willmott. Simon can be contacted on 0428 870 060 or by email - simon@topfun.net.au should you wish to make a booking.

If the weekends are still your preferred time to fly, our Bindoon facility is fully operational on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Our fee structure for Moora is the same as for Bindoon.
